NOTES

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

  1. Payment accepted in USDT, USDC, or USD. The unit price and total price of the products, the amount paid by you shall be all denominated in U.S. dollars.
  2. The shipping costs, customs charges, and taxes(if any) are not included in the retail price shown above.
  3. After an order has been submitted, a request to cancel the order, refund any part of the ordered amount or change the ordered item(s) to different item(s) or different batch(es) will not be entertained by Asiccentral Miners.
  4. The pictures shown are for reference only; the final shipment version shall prevail.
    1. All orders are subject to acceptance by us only after 50% payment and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation email of your order with the title “Order Confirmation”.

We will send you exactly what you ordered. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which are not included in the confirmation order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted the order. We may cancel your order in the following situations:

Your payment is incomplete. And you did not complete the replenishment within 5 working days.
Your purchase quantity exceeds the purchase limit.
You do not remit the 50% balance after being sent tracking (we reserve the right with our logistics partners to do so)

SHIPPING DETAILS

  1. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which Asiccentral Miners has received full payment.

  2. You are responsible for any customs delays or returned shipments due to a lack of proper documentation. It’s highly recommended to be aware of local customs clearance policies and to prepare all customs documentation ahead of time to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.

  3. Delivery will only be finalized and expedited after the order is fully paid. Delivery services are mostly provided by third parties such as DHL and FedEx to buffer our own logistics arm .

  4. The date of shipment:
    The estimated delivery time will be announced on the shop details page and telegram.

The shipment time is only an estimate. We will notify you of the exact delivery time by email.
It will take you 7-10 business days to receive the package after you get the tracking number (except for some countries with difficult customs clearance)

NOTE: Please make sure we can contact you through the order information.We need to communicate with you via email or phone about possible shipping issues.

We will provide free shipment service through third party logistics services and our’s.
If handled by third parties, We are not responsible for the transportation problems caused by the following situations:

Delivery delays due to queuing issues in the logistics warehouse.( We will publish an announcement on Telegram: @Asiccentral Miners)

TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES

Our products are excluded from all value added taxes and customs duties. You will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and customs.

If the product has is returned:

We will re-ship your order, but any additional charges (“Return Expense”) shall be borne by you. The following situations will cause return：

i] You didn’t pay the tariff in time.
ii] The delivery address is incorrect.
The local logistics company could not reach you for a week (storage fees apply).

iii] If you have problems with customs clearance.
If you encounter problems during customs clearance, please submit a support request ticket. A Staff will assist you to deal with related issues.
We will notify you of shipping issues via shipping@asiccentralminers.shop

iv] Order details
It is not allowed to change the delivery address after placing the order.
If you need to specify a logistics company or declare a price, please leave a note when placing an order.
Products may be sent from different warehouses. If you purchase several products, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Be careful!
When you place order, pls make sure all shipping information you filled in the form is correct (zip code, detailed address, telephone, email, shipping agency). your shipping information would not be verified by Asiccentral Miners and sent to the shipping agent directly. Asiccentral Miners will not bear any responsibilities on shipping form.

vi] A failed order
If your order is in “Failed” or “Underpaid” status, we will cancel and refund your payment if stock is not available. The refund process is around 10 working days.

Overpayment:

After the order is generated, Asiccentral Miners does not provide refund service. Please invest cautiously.

If you overpay, we will provide you with a refund service.

Please submit a support request. A Staff will assist you to deal with related issues.

You must provide the following information: # order number; # payment voucher; and # coinbase reference code.The staff will confirm the refund information and wallet address with you.

Please notice, we will deduct the handling fee from the refund amount. Handling fees include: transaction fees of 1% from Coinbase. DAI, USDC, and ETH on the Ethereum chain will charge an additional gas fee of $25.
Refunds will be completed within 10-14 working days.

3. Cancelled orders

If you have completed the payment, but the order is not successfully generated. Please submit a support ticket. Staff will assist you to deal with related issues.

You need to provide: Payment voucher; Coinbase reference code; Transaction link.
