Repair Request

NOTES

Please read the following Repair Request carefully.

  1. If the miner/GPU fails, return the complete unit including the PSU. If the PSU fails, return the PSU only. Send Kernel log along with repair request email.

  2. There will be a charge for out-of-warranty items that should be paid in order to get the items back. Our system doesn’t support returning without repair.

  3. Damaged SN will void the warranty. We advise you to keep a clear copy of the SN.

  4. Packing is important. Use the original box or cushioning materials to protect the miners.
